Mississippi Creatives
Working in partnership with the Mississippi Film Office, the Mississippi Film Alliance was created to support the talent and goals of local filmmakers and creatives that are in need of mentorship, funding and resources while developing their own projects. Our mentorship programs, online resources and grant funding projects promote the creative community throughout the state and encourage filmmakers to continue their journeys as artists.

The MFA provides mentoring resources to create a more robust crew base across the state, and educate students who have interest in filmmaking.
Grant Opportunities
Through the Emerging Mississippi Filmmakers Grant Program, we help develop Mississippi’s film and video artists as the next generation of Mississippi’s legacy of storytelling. The grant is offered to working and emerging Mississippi filmmakers.

We provide a running list of online and in-person resources for filmmakers to find more information on upcoming jobs, grants, and programs that can help them continue to grow and learn.
