Organizations & Groups

Mississippi Film Society - The Mississippi Film Society works toentertain, educate, and inspire Mississippians through community film screenings, lectures, workshops, and festivals.

Mississippi Film Alliance - The Mississippi Film Alliance is dedicated to fostering film and television production in our state. We administer the Emerging Filmmaker Grant program as well as provide 501(c)(3) services to film makers wishing to apply under not-for-profit status for other grant funding. MFA is also pushing the creation of a Film Mississippi custom car tag to help fund filmmakers in our state.

OxFilm - OxFilm Society is a community-wide effort to enhance film as a cultural, artistic and economic driver for the Lafayette County-Oxford and University population. OxFilm seeks to promote education and provide tools to support local filmmakers while encouraging films to be made in our community. OxFilm also seeks to enhance existing film screenings with an ongoing series celebrating a range of film experiences.
